What awaits you

  • Overall responsibility for the sales of SaaS / Cloud products developed by appero on the Salesforce platform as ISV (Independent Software Vendor)
  • Assumption of own sales activities for the acquisition of target customers 
  • Close cooperation and expansion of contacts with Salesforce 
  • Management of the sales team 
  • Joint development and implementation of new customer and lead generation programs with the marketing team
  • Implement consistent, efficient sales processes 
  • Responsibility for expanding relationships with our key technology partners, especially Salesforce, DocuSign and JustOn
  • Expansion of the partner network with cooperation partners 
  • Identification and initiation of strategic partnerships
  • High degree of personal responsibility and freedom to make decisions

What you bring along

  • High motivation to understand, inspire and win the challenges of our customers
  • Experience in winning new customers from key accounts (direct sales) and ideally experience in working with sales partners
  • High communication skills (internal and external) and persuasiveness
  • Excellent leadership and motivational skills to inspire our customers and your team
  • Entrepreneurial thinking and acting, sense of responsibility
  • At least 4-6 years of relevant professional experience in sales of services and SaaS solutions, ideally in the Salesforce environment 
  • Qualified university degree in the field of (business) informatics, business administration or a comparable qualification
  • Confident judgment and ability to express yourself - both in German and English
