Task

However, the process of preparing quotations was not covered by this and continued to run as before, including all the stumbling blocks. In particular, the time required to transmit price changes in the quotation range to the sales staff was enormous. Information got lost between the various tools or was incorrect. This not only reduced the efficiency of the processes, but also frustrated the employees in the long run.

Solution
